Absolutely! Keeping the bike overnight is the best way to enjoy a sunrise ride. We recommend storing it indoors (check with your hotel reception).

Madrid has amazing car-free zones like Retiro Park and Madrid Rio, perfect for families. Málaga is very flat and bike-friendly, with a beautiful promenade along the coast and bike lanes connecting the main sights.

Riders under 18 are required to wear a helmet. However, we provide free helmets with every rental for both adults and children for your safety.

Don’t worry! If you are on a city tour, our guide will handle it. If you are renting, give us a call and we will swap the bike or fix it. We do not charge for normal wear and tear.

We have 20", 24", 26", and 28" bikes for children and adults. We also have seats available for children under 3 years old.

Yes, we offer electric bikes in both cities, perfect for effortless sightseeing in the summer heat.

We have liability insurance, which covers any damages caused by or originating from Bizi equipment. However, it does not cover personal injuries or theft.

Yes, but please call ahead of time to verify our availablility! We can deliver or pick up anywhere within Madrid for an additional fee depending of the distance.

Please note that the customer assumes responsibility for any rented equipment, including bicycles, and is required to pay for any stolen or damaged items. While we include a high-security lock with each rental to help prevent theft, we also recommend taking additional precautions to ensure the safety of your equipment.
