Just keep cycling! You pay your rent on return, so you can keep the bike until you are done with it, unless you have decided to extend for longer than a week. By the way: longterm renters get a better rate..
Yes we do. Groups off 10 persons get a 10% reduction when they pay all together. For longer periods than 48 hours we offer special rates.

Riders under 18 are required by law to wear a helmet. One is provided with your rental.
Madrid is gradually becoming more bike-friendly, but there’s still room for improvement. While there are some bike lanes and shared lanes with vehicles, the city’s small hills may pose a challenge to inexperienced cyclists. However, there are some areas, such as Retiro Park, Juan Carlos I Park, Casa de Campo, and Madrid Rio, that are well-suited for cycling and free from car traffic, making them great options for a family bike ride.
Bikes like to sleep indoors, just like people. If you’re staying in a hotel, check with the bellhop, concierge, or reception to find out if you can take your bike to your room or if they want to keep it in their luggage room. Keeping the bike indoors overnight is the best way to avoid potential damage or theft, you can also left the bike in our store.

We have liability insurance, which covers any damages caused by or originating from Bizi equipment. However, it does not cover personal injuries or theft.
Yes, but please call ahead of time to verify our availablility! We can deliver or pick up anywhere within Madrid for an additional fee depending of the distance .
Please note that the customer assumes responsibility for any rented equipment, including bicycles, and is required to pay for any stolen or damaged items. While we include a high-security lock with each rental to help prevent theft, we also recommend taking additional precautions to ensure the safety of your equipment.
